Palace Dwellers and Seekers

In the Palace:

SKYWISE
The current Master of the Palace has been alternately exploring worlds in the Palace, and hanging out with Cutter and the Wolfriders. He recently bonded with Sunstream in a way he never could with Ember, and is sure to be helping the newly awakened magic-user in understanding what it means to be an immortal. Nevertheless, he often spends his days with the Wolfriders, and joined Cutter in battle against the "misfit trolls" discovered living under Father Tree.

TIMMAIN
Working with Skywise, Timmain had been guiding the Palace between the stars. She is still in elf form, but seems no closer to understanding the concept of clothes (ugh). She has been helping Savah in Sunstream's education, but is more interested in teaching Skywise to become a full-fledged Master of the Palace. Recently she took Kimo as a pupil, and awakened in him the art of shapeshifting. It appears she also teachs Shuna how to "send" at some point in the future.

SUNSTREAM (formerly SUNTOP)
Upon returning to the Old Land, Suntop sought out the pool of dark magic that remained from Madcoil's death and purged it, becoming at last the psychic link between all elves. Cutter changed his name to Sunstream to commemorate it. Sunstream then remained in wrapstuff for four years, communing with all the spirits in the Palace and “going-out” all over Abode, while inexplicably growing over a foot was still in wrapstuff. After Recognizing Brill and flirting with gills, Sunstream chose to return to the Palace, though he and Brill plan to visit each other often.

SAVAH
The leader of the Sun Folk and the oldest living elf after Timmain decided to live in the Palace with her tribe, at least for the time being. Right now the Palace is disguised as a giant hill covered in trees, and the Sun Folk and Wolfriders live together, but it remains to be seen where the Palace will go next, and if the Sun Villagers will follow or remain behind.

SUN-TOUCHER
Leetah and Shenshen's father survived the fall of Sorrow's End and now lives in the Palace with Timmain, Skywise and Suntop. He continues to care for Savah, and is helping oversee both Skywise's and Sunstream's education.

TOORAH
Leetah's mother, as everpresent in the Sun Village as Savah, may now be serving as Savah's handmaiden. She and her daughters remains quite close, and I'm sure Toorah will be reluctant to leave her family should the Palace settle elsewhere.

CRESCENT
Strongbow and Moonshade's departed first daughter is hanging out in the Palace, and recently her spirit made contact with her parents to foretell their coming Recognition and warn them about the trolls in the caverns below Father Tree. It's not known whether she spoke with her parents regularly following that first "haunting."

Seeking Humans:

SHUNA
The human girl joined the Wolfriders before she turned twenty, and has been adopted as Cutter and Leetah's "daughter." She shares a very close bond with Kimo - something almost akin to Recognition - and in his wolf form he is her guardian and provider. She set out to unite humans and elves, but her quest was sidetracked when she fell in love with Nunkah from the Hill-Hopper Clan. But he abused her, and with Dart and Kimo's help she left him. She was recently proposed to be Bee, her friend from the Hill-Hopper Clan, and the two exchanged vows at Father Tree Holt.

KIMO
Kimo saved Shuna from a snowstorm by taking on wolf-form for the first time. After that the two were closely bonded, and Kimo vowed to protect Shuna on her quest to unite humans and elves. When Shuna settled with the Hill-Hopper Clan, Kimo reluctantly waited in the woods. When Shuna was abused by her first husband, Kimo helped her escape, but was wounded by the humans, and barely escaped with his life. After being healed by Leetah, he returned to Shuna's side.

DART
When Kimo and Shuna set out on their quest to unite humans, Dart insisted on coming along to protect his lifemate and friend. Dart took an instant disliking of Shuna's first husband Nunkah, but realized she had to make her own choices, even if they were wrong. He helped Shuna escape Nunkah after the hunter's true character was revealed, and accompanied Shuna on the remainder of her quest - a journey that presumably lasted her entire life.

NUNKAH
Shuna's first husband, he was a dominating, abusive man - very much like Shuna's own father. It took her three months to realize the mistake she had made in marrying him, but after some soul-searching, she realized she could not change him. She challenged him to a duel when he tried to reclaim her, and sent him running. Nunkah slunk back to his tribe, and was never heard from again.

BEE (Ikopek)
Bee is a gentle trader from the Hill-Hopper Clan. A confirmed believer in matriarchy, Bee fell hard for Shuna from the start, but it took close to a while for Shuna to realize Bee's feelings for her. Three years after Shuna left Nunkah, Bee finally found the courage to propose to her, and the two were “married” at Father Tree Holt.

Seeking Kahvi:

VENKA
Venka left the Palace after the Shards War in the search of her mother Kahvi, though she promised she would call it if she needed it. After the revelation of Kahvi's fate in the "Recognition" Summer Special, it is unknown what Venka has found in her search, or if she will rendez-vous with the Wild Hunt at some point in the future.

AROREE
Aroree left with Venka and has not been seen since. The Go-Backs who met her in the Palace saw her as a High One, and she may now be serving as elder to the reconstituted Go-Back tribe as they continue their search for Kahvi.

TWO-EDGE
Smitten with Venka, Two-Edge has found some measure of peace as he follows the Go-Backs about the Frozen North, and possibly into the New Land. It remains to be seen to what extent he bears the scars of his tortures at Winnowill's hands.
