All the known Masters of the Palace (NOW including Winnowill, Grohmul
Djun and Sunstream) in the Elfquest Chronology. I've included known soulnames,
children, lifemates and lovemates, and a short summary, plus my own rating
of the Palace Master.
TIMMAIN
Soulname: Unknown (possibly none)
Parents: Unknown
Lifemate: None
Recognized: Aerth
Children: Timmorn, unnamed daughter (possibly Hassbet), lots of wolves.
She was one of the nine navigators who lost control of the Palace and
crashed it 20,000 years in the past after the troll rebellion. She then
abandoned the Palace and led the Firstcomers into the forest.
Rating: ** (You know, sometimes I think she crashed them there on purpose
as part of some bizarre behavioral study.)
HAKEN
Soulname: Unknown
Parents: Unknown
Lifemate: Gibra
Children: Winnowill, and many many more.
He took over the Palace briefly after the crash, and attacked the Firstcomers
when they tried to return. Timmain tore off his arm, and drove him out.
Haken disappeared, presumably towards Blue Mountain.
Death: Unknown
Rating: *** (I appreciate his drive. But if he hadn't held a grudge
against the Firstcomers they could have... just... flown... away...)
RAYEK
Soulname: Unknown
Parents: Jarrah and Ingen
Lovemates: Leetah, Kahvi, Winnowill
Lifemate: Winnowill (sort of)
Children: Venka
He became Master of the Palace after the Palace War. After becoming
a little unbalanced after the Seige at Blue Mountain he took the Palace
10.000 years into the future in a failed attempt to save the Firstcomers
from their crash. After the Shards War he resigned as Master, becoming
instead Winnowill's prison.
Rating: ***** for technical skill, ** for the time-paradox disaster.
(Though between having sex with Winnowill and carrying several thousand
souls inside him, I think we can call him "clinically insane" rather than
evil.)
WINNOWILL
Soulname: Unknown
Parents: Haken and Gibra (?)
Lovemates: Voll, Smelt, and Rayek
Lifemate: Rayek
Children: Two-Edge
She took control of the Palace, only to crash it while locked in a
psychic battle with Rayek and Venka.
Death: Killed by Grohmul Djun (not that that has stopped her!)

GROHMUL
DJUN
Species: Human
Parents: Unknown, but almost certainly evil.
Lovers: Winnowill, and probably many, many slaves before and after
her.
Consort: Possibly Angrif and Gifa's mother, possibly none.
Children: Angrif and Gifa
He gathered up the shards of the Palace and ruled over the "crystal
chambers" until he was defeated by the Wolfriders.
Death: Killed by Angrif Djun
Rating: * (DAMN!)
SKYWISE
Soulname: Fahr
Parents: Shale and Eyes High
Lovemates: Foxfur, Aroree
Children: Yun, possibly others.
After Rayek took on Winnowill's soul, Skywise took over as the Master
of the Palace, with Timmain as his mentor. He's now leading the Palace
between the stars, sporatically returning to the World of Two Moons. No
one knows what happens when the Palace leaves, and no one knows when it
could return.

SUNSTREAM?
Soulname: Klynn
Former name: Suntop
Parents: Cutter and Leetah
Lifemate: Brill
Children: ... soon...
He was destined from birth to be a powerful mystic, and as the "clear
stream" through which all elves are joined in sending, he is the logical
choice to share mastery of the Palace with Skywise. Whether he will be
seen flying the Palace solo, however, remains to be seen.

CUTTER?
Soulname: Tam
Parents: Bearclaw and Joyleaf
Lifemate: Leetah
Children: Ember and Suntop (and Jink?)
In FutureQuest we see the back of Jink's father, the Master of the
Palace. Strongbow calls him "my chief" and its pretty obvious from his
clothes and hair that it's Cutter. The question is - is he the Master of
the Palace, or simply the chief of the Wolfriders travelling within the
Palace? And where's Skywise? Don't tell me someone killed him!
